COLUMBIA, SOUTH CAROLINA

Falcon Group served as Developer/Construction Manager/Property Manager for Sparkleberry Square in Columbia, South Carolina. The project completed in 2004 at a cost of $45 million.

PHASE I: 103,282-sf retail center anchored with a 68,500-sf Signature Kroger Grocery Store. Other tenants include Hollywood Video, SouthTrust Bank, Chick-fil-a, Wolf Camera, Jenny Craig, Alltel and Supercuts.

PHASE II: 197,718-sf retail center anchored with a 86,584-sf Kohl's Department Store. Other tenants include Ross Dress for Less, Circuit City, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Pier One Imports, Rack Room Shoes and Bed,Bath & Beyond.
