In 1993, Falcon Group served as the Developer/General Contractor for the 140,498-sf retail store and garden center centrally located on the corner of Fairmont Parkway and Sam Houston Parkway in Pasadena, Texas. The project completed in 1993 at a cost of $8.6 million.
