Project completed in 1996 at $12.5 million.
Costa Bella on Lake Travis
AUSTIN, TEXAS
Costa Bella is a 140 acres of exclusive waterfront residential development on Lake Travis in Austin, Texas. Falcon Group served as the Developer and General Contractor for this project that completed in 1999 for $17 million. The property includes 62 lots, a 7,200-sf clubhouse with pool, two regulation tennis courts and a 72-slip marina. Costa Bella received the Best Overall Community under 150 Units award and selected for the Parade of Homes by the Texas Capitol Area Builders Association.

ROUND ROCK, TEXAS
Located in Round Rock, Texas, this 324-unit apartment complex includes a 4,000-sf luxury clubhouse. Overlooking Brushy Creek, this limestone and Hardi-plank, three-story complex includes a split-level pool, tennis courts, separately metered water, security, and controlled access. Project completed in 1995 for $18.8 million. Falcon Group served as Developer and Construction Manager.
Royal St. George of Palm Beach
WEST PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
In 1995, Falcon Group served as Developer and Construction Manager for this 224-unit apartment development on a golf course and surrounded by lakes in West Palm Beach, Florida. This $16 million project includes stucco exterior and barrel tile roofs, individual garages with breezeway access, a 4,500-sf clubhouse, two tennis courts and controlled access.

Falcon Group provided third-party development services, project management, and construction management for this $26 million project located in Houston, Texas. Completed in 2003, this unique four-story mid-rise apartment development consists of 176 units that showcase luxurious home designs and spectacular views of the Texas Medical Center and NRG Park. The project includes reserved garage parking with direct elevator access, elegant clubhouse, state-of-the-art fitness center, executive business center, lavish party room and controlled access.

Located in Austin, Texas, this 296-unit apartment complex was completed in 1999 for $20.5 million. Falcon Group served as the Developer and General Contractor. The property features 3/2 split-level, limestone and Hardi-plank exteriors with double-pane glass windows, detached garages and car ports, Aqua-Therm HVAC system, two swimming pools, putting green, jogging path, ancillary laundry building and controlled access. This project was awarded Outstanding Residential Property of the Year by the Greater Austin Apartment Association in 2000.
Marina One
LEAGUE CITY, TEXAS
Falcon Group served as the Developer, General Contractor and Asset Manager for this 115,000-sf, five-story office building with underground parking. The building is a poured-in-place structure with Class A interior finishes and overlooks the South Shore Harbour. The building completed in 1990 for $10 million on a fast-track schedule.
Marina Plaza
LEAGUE CITY, TEXAS
Falcon Group completed another office building project in League City. As Developer, General Contractor and Asset Manager, Falcon Group built a 106,000-sf, six-story building with underground parking. This project also overlooks South Shore Harbour and is a poured-in-place concrete structure with Class A interior finishes. It completed in 1992 at a cost of $10.5 million.
Rockwell Shuttle Operations Center
CLEAR LAKE, TEXAS
As Developer/General Contractor, Falcon Group completed the 485,800-sf facility that is used for manned shuttle flight planning and offsite mission control operated by United Space Alliance (Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and others). The Rockwell Shuttle Operations Center in Clear Lake, Texas completed in 1992 at a cost of $26 million.
Pasadena Square
PASADENA, TEXAS
In 1993, Falcon Group served as the Developer/General Contractor for the 140,498-sf retail store and garden center centrally located on the corner of Fairmont Parkway and Sam Houston Parkway in Pasadena, Texas. The project completed in 1993 at a cost of $8.6 million.
Sparkleberry Square
COLUMBIA, SOUTH CAROLINA
Falcon Group served as Developer/Construction Manager/Property Manager for Sparkleberry Square in Columbia, South Carolina. The project completed in 2004 at a cost of $45 million.
PHASE I: 103,282-sf retail center anchored with a 68,500-sf Signature Kroger Grocery Store. Other tenants include Hollywood Video, SouthTrust Bank, Chick-fil-a, Wolf Camera, Jenny Craig, Alltel and Supercuts.
PHASE II: 197,718-sf retail center anchored with a 86,584-sf Kohl's Department Store. Other tenants include Ross Dress for Less, Circuit City, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Pier One Imports, Rack Room Shoes and Bed,Bath & Beyond.
BAKER PROCESS
HOUSTON, TEXAS
Falcon Group served as Design Builder/General Contractor on this $3.5 million project in Houston. The two-story, 35,000-sf office building and 10,000-sf warehouse/maintenance facility with concrete tilt wall was built for Baker Hughes Process System Houston's Operation. The project completed in 1998 on a fast-track schedule.
BAKER PETROLITE CORPORATION
SUGAR LAND, TEXAS
Falcon Group served as Design Builder/ General Contractor for the Corporate Headquarters for Baker Petrolite Corp. The project included a 160,000-sf laboratory and office space that completed in 1998 under a fast-track schedule (12 months). The tilt-up concrete structure and laboratory build-out included complex mechanical systems and 104 fume hoods. Project cost was $16.2 million.
BAKER PERFORMANCE CHEMICALS LAB
SUGAR LAND, TEXAS
On a seven-month fast-track schedule, Falcon Group served as Design Builder/General Contractor and completed the $5.1 million laboratory in 1997. Located in Sugar Land, Texas, this building is a 39,000-sf tilt-up concrete laboratory and office building that is built-out with complex mechanical systems and 48 fume hoods. The project received an Award for Project Excellence - Best Laboratory Project 1998 by the Associated General Contractors of America.
INTEQ WORLD HEADQUARTERS
HOUSTON, TEXAS
In 1995, Falcon Group was the Design Builder/General Contractor that completed the Inteq World HQ building in Houston, Texas, for $15 million. The tilt-up concrete structure included 165,000 sf of new construction and 275,000 sf of remodeling both laboratory and office space. The facility remained operational during remodeling.
The Houston Chapter of Associated General Contractors of America gave the Baker Inteq/Atlas Integration project the Award for Project Excellence in September 2002.
CENTRAL CITY INDUSTRIAL PARK
HOUSTON, TEXAS
Falcon Group provided project management for the Houston, Texas, project in 1992 at a value of $15 million. The Central City Industrial Park involved the redeployment of the original Hughes Tools Industrial Plant - 1,150,000 sf and 85 acres of demolition, construction of 12 structures, refurbishment of 22 existing buildings, conversion of a single plant infrastructure into a stand-alone, independent facility.
