INTEQ WORLD HEADQUARTERS

HOUSTON, TEXAS

In 1995, Falcon Group was the Design Builder/General Contractor that completed the Inteq World HQ building in Houston, Texas, for $15 million. The tilt-up concrete structure included 165,000 sf of new construction and 275,000 sf of remodeling both laboratory and office space. The facility remained operational during remodeling.

The Houston Chapter of Associated General Contractors of America gave the Baker Inteq/Atlas Integration project the Award for Project Excellence in September 2002.
