Falcon Group served as the Developer and General Contractor for this 252-unit apartment community located in north Houston. Features include a three-story stucco and Hardi-plank exterior, detached garages and car ports, pool with cabana, 4,500-sf clubhouse, putting green, separately metered water, and controlled access. Project was completed in 1998 at $14.5 million.
