Falcon Group served as Design Builder/ General Contractor for the Corporate Headquarters for Baker Petrolite Corp. The project included a 160,000-sf laboratory and office space that completed in 1998 under a fast-track schedule (12 months). The tilt-up concrete structure and laboratory build-out included complex mechanical systems and 104 fume hoods. Project cost was $16.2 million.
