Falcon Group served as the Developer, General Contractor and Asset Manager for this 115,000-sf, five-story office building with underground parking. The building is a poured-in-place structure with Class A interior finishes and overlooks the South Shore Harbour. The building completed in 1990 for $10 million on a fast-track schedule.
