Falcon Group served as Developer/General Contractor for this 229-unit apartment complex featuring a 3,000-sf clubhouse and fitness room. Other features include a limestone and Hardi-plank exterior, 3/2 split-level, location on a steep bluff overlooking a creek, a split-level pool, car ports, separately metered water and controlled access. Project completed in 1996 at $12.5 million.
